MOVING AND GROOVING TO THE BEAT OF THE DRUM!.​

This talented gentleman got his start singing in the tenth grade where he was approached by his choral teacher to audition for the Fort Dorchester High School Show Choir. This is where he learned the basics of vocal performance. During his three years in the choir he led various songs and developed an appreciation for the music styles of classical, jazz, gospel, hymns and country music.

 

    At age 13, he joined the sound department at Life Christian Assembly. This is where great emphasis was placed on service by his mentor. In 2001, He then went on to serve four character building years in the U.S. Air Force where he took advantage of major singing opportunities. These would include the honor of performing the National Anthem at several Change of Command Ceremonies and numerous retirement ceremonies for veterans leaving active duty service. He has rendered his vocal talent to several choirs and teams. While in Whichita Falls, TX he was a part of the Sheppard AFB Special Activities Choir and the Inspiration Gospel Service Choir. In the end of 2002, he moved to Travis AFB(Fairfield, CA) where he joined the Word of Faith Christian Center Praise Team and Choir. While attending he also put together a group to sing negro-spirituals for WOFCC's International Sunday: Celebrating Diversity. 

    

    It wasn't long until he would begin to pursue his passion for music in a greater measure. In 2006, he joined Liberty Church's Praise Team and Choir. He has had the opportunity to sing background vocals for Calvin Nowell at Liberty's 15th anniversary.  He has also joined forces with Northern California's own Adwoa Dora(singer) and Art Caraway(producer/musician) to compose the song "Serve The Lord" which is featured in the play "The Misplaced Servants" (Charter Road Productions) which is now available on DVD. In 2007, he juggled running sound and singing on the worship team. 

    

    In April of 2013, He was promoted to the position of Service Programming Director at Liberty Church (www.libertychurchonline.org) in Fairfield, California where he is currently employed. He has given many seminars and workshops on Live Sound & Audio at "GloryFall" Conference in Manteca, CA and "Beyond the Platform" Worship Conference in Fairfield, CA. He has been lead and assistant engineer for acts such as Dennis Gaxiola, Bibleman, Dave the Horn Guy; bands would include Kim Walker & Jesusculture, The99, Transparent, 2nd Planet, REIGN, JRED and CJ Emulous, just to name a few.

    Currently he is working on a handbook entitled: "Pro Audio Techniques: Live Sound" Handbook. The book contains innovative techniques that new and existing engineers need to be more proficient in the field of live sound production.

    Anthony currently resides in Northern California where he enjoys singing, songwriting, and managing the Service Programming Department (AV Technical) at Liberty Church. He studies Audio Production at Sacramento City College.
